“Excellent for collaborative meetings”
Pros
We picked this one as a replacement for Zoom and it has worked out really well. Bringing files into a meeting is simple and being able to edit them together with a team member during the call is especially useful. With a few limitations, it can even serve as an alternative to TeamViewer thanks to its really helpful co-browsing feature which we use quite a bit.
Cons
Saving the videos could be made a bit simpler.

“Meetings without the hassle”
Pros
It gives me a lot of flexibility in what I can do during a meeting and that's what I enjoy most about it. It covers a wide range of meeting needs while still being very simple to use especially for someone like me who doesn't come from a technical background.
Cons
I honestly have not come across anything to criticize.

“Custom domain and booking win”
Pros
Vectera is incredibly simple to use and setting everything up felt surprisingly easy. Being able to run it on my own custom domain makes it even more valuable and the built-in booking feature is a fantastic bonus.
Cons
At this point there's nothing I dislike about it.

“Professional meetings made simple”
Pros
The tool is very user friendly and lets you do a lot without dealing with complicated buttons or confusing layouts. Setting up a meeting room is really easy too and I have never run into any issues with it. Sharing documents and screens is also very simple. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to work in a professional way.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints. Everything works really well and I have no remarks.

“good for meetings”
Pros
No installation or download is required which makes getting started really convenient. The support team has been excellent as well. I also appreciate that it runs peer to peer instead of depending on a third party so it seems much more privacy-focused. It works well from pretty much any device and being able to use persistent meeting rooms when needed is a big plus. Screen sharing, co-browsing, annotations and whiteboards are all included and the customization options are useful too. On top of that the public roadmap feels active and transparent and the pricing is very affordable.
Cons
Since it works peer-to-peer, call quality can vary if the internet connection is not strong enough.

“Fantastic for meetings and calls”
Pros
It is incredibly easy to use. I was able to set everything up, invite people into the call and run the meeting without needing to spend much time reading instructions. The drawing tools were both useful and enjoyable and they added a lot to the overall business meeting experience. I even used it for holiday calls with family and it turned out to be a much better experience than Zoom.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is support for more than 6 people in the meeting room with cameras on. It did freeze once although that may have been caused by my Xfinity connection so I cannot say for sure. It also seems like it could work very well as a webinar or training platform if it were able to support closer to 100 users. I understand that may not be the original purpose of the software and most business meetings usually involve fewer than 6 people but I have also been in meetings with more than 20 attendees so increasing capacity feels like an important improvement. I know audio-only meetings can handle around 15 people or so but video is really the main reason I chose it. On top of that I'd love to see the storage limits for each account tier increased significantly such as ideally tripled since recording videos and saving meeting rooms is one of the standout features that makes it different.

“Perfect for quick client meetings”
Pros
Running on the fly support sessions with clients is a big part of my day and before switching to it I had already tried two other web collaboration tools. Neither one really fit what I needed because they felt overloaded with features, were harder than they should have been for clients to join and ended up costing more than I wanted to spend. I needed something fast and simple for both sides and it matched that really well. Every client can have their own dedicated meeting room and I am able to use my own custom domain with their address built into it when I send the link. They just save that custom address as a bookmark and joining a meeting after that is very quick and convenient for them.
Cons
Since the platform still looks like it's in a bit of a growing phase, there are a few minor quirks here and there though nothing serious enough to make me rate it poorly. One thing I noticed is that I spend most of my day in Firefox but it clearly performs better in Chrome right now. From what I understand they're actively working on Firefox compatibility so it can work just as well there.

“Reliable meeting hub for clients”
Pros
Permanent meeting rooms give us a consistent place to return to for future sessions. On top of that being able to answer video calls from a phone without installing anything removed a big barrier for my clients.
Cons
If I am being really picky, having the option to customize the button colors would be a nice extra.
