Xactly Incent has allowed us for centralizing commission calculations and payments, eliminating the need for keeping manual spreadsheets. Users can review commissions throughout the month to ensure accurate order coding and payment. The support from the Technical account manager and customer success manager ensures ongoing communication to meet our needs.

It takes a lot of time to update analytics when changes are made in Incent.

With many components, calculations and tiers, the accuracy of the system is exceptional. While we're now largely self sufficient, we have always appreciated working with the Professional Services teams and Customer Success Managers.

End-user training can take a lot of time because some features aren't very easy to understand. Admin training is also tough with all the different rules and operations you need to understand to run some processes.

The best aspect of Xactly is the excellent customer support included with the license, which is essential when meeting payroll deadlines.

It takes quite a bit of time to learn how to use. It's a decent system with its own rules, but once you get the hang of it, it's definitely worth the investment. I used to use spreadsheets, but everything is moving toward full automation now.

There are still some system limitations. We need to calculate some things manually because draws aren't tied to individual records and there's no audit feature in the draw or hierarchy system.
