Bit by Bit staff is pretty easy to approach and is very supportive. Also it is really simple to get the help we need whenever we face an IT issue.

Cons

things can be improved but they are constantly trying so i am sure it will get better.

Pros

they have improved over the years. For example since we onboarded, they have given more resources to our company. Like in the beginning we had just one IT person but now there are at least 5 to 6 people dedicated to our company. This is not only because we have increased our payments, but also due to the growth in our relationship. Bit by Bit Computer Consultants has understood our business. We used to have an on-site server, but as we have built trust, we decided to migrate our server to their data center and now they host all of our infrastructure.

sometimes the customer support can be a little slow.

Pros

Honestly speaking they are always open to communication and exploring different options. When discussing software problems, changes to our systems or what might work best for us, Bit by Bit Computer Consultants really takes the time to understand our business and customize their solutions which I appreciate. They do not give answers just to please us or impress us for the moment. the team does proper research, figures out what is the best and then comes back with their findings. This is an approach that makes them the best than everyone else.

Cons

Well everything has gone smoothly over the past year and a half. Any issues we have faced were mostly on our side while trying to communicate. So I do not have any suggestions for now.

Pros

What really sold me was their ability to dive into a messy network and reverse engineer it from the ground up. They did not have the advantage of speaking with our previous MSP butthey quickly learned our system. One of their top employees is among the most knowledgeable and down to earth people I have had the pleasure to work with.

Cons

I did recommend starting the renewal process earlier and aiming to get quotes out more quickly.
