Excellent set of tools

Pros

An excellent set of business tools. You can map out almost any concept or procedure. I'd definitely suggest it to others.

Cons

The price is quite steep and it went up again this year. It can also be tough to learn if you're new to it.

The potential with this platform is limitless. If you can imagine it there's probably a method to work it into your setup.

Cons

It isn't always the simplest. You'll probably need to spend time on some training sessions to truly grasp how to use all its capabilities.

Great deal for the price

Pros

It's a great deal for the price, packed with clever functions and has very few glitches or problems. It's simple to operate.

Cons

The cost is a bit high and depending on your needs it can be tricky to use. Relying on Microsoft can also present its own challenges.

Pros

In my opinion, it's a powerful product though getting it fully up and running can be costly. I'd still recommend it as a company management system.

Cons

Initial setup and deployment costs are significant so please plan and budget for that to avoid surprises.

Pros

I like that communication flows well through the software, it's very simple to use. That said I do think some parts could use a refresh.

Cons

What bothers me most is that they don't seem to fully resolve some of the known problems.

Pros

It's simple to move around and handle multiple views. You can easily pass requests from yourself to other team members.

Cons

Sometimes when you switch between different views, your filter settings disappear and you have to redo your search.

Perfect Microsoft integration

Pros

The connection with other Microsoft programs like Outlook, Teams and Power BI is perfect and really helps you get more done.

Cons

The platform can be daunting to set up and adjust because it's so complex. The license fees accumulate rapidly especially if you require several add-ons. Performance can also sometimes be slow if it isn't fine-tuned properly.

Incredible flexible recruitment tools

Pros

I had no idea the applications I'd been using for over two years were built with this tool. Now that I know it's incredible! Those recruitment tools built on it are very simple to use and let you be creative.

Cons

Nothing. I can't think of any downsides after over three years of using it for customer and client engagement.

Pros

The platform provides strong answers for companies operating across different countries and languages. It also seems built to handle growth and perform well. The technical support is well-organized and quick to reply. I'm impressed by its mix of modern tech, speed and scalability. It loads quickly and has a sturdy foundation providing a smooth experience even with complicated business needs.

Cons

While the system is built for extensive possibilities it's not very self-explanatory and can feel fragile or unintuitive at first.

Pros

This program is very simple to find your way through. It's still used every day by everyone in our company. I'd strongly suggest anyone in sales, support, finance or marketing to try it.

Brings everything together in one spot

Pros

I really love how it brings everything together in one spot. You don't need to hop between a bunch of separate systems because sales, marketing and finance are all linked. It obviously works perfectly with other Microsoft tools too, so using Excel or Teams alongside it feels normal. The options to adjust it are also strong, you can shape it to match your specific workflow.

Cons

It's definitely not simple to pick up. Some parts feel awkward and you'll likely need formal training or help to use it well. The price can also get very high particularly when adding many features or users. I wouldn't suggest it for a small group unless you absolutely require its level of power.

I like that it's a comprehensive application that makes jobs simpler. It also helps log, file and manage client information for easy access when you need it.

Cons

New features and improvements can be slow to arrive. Other than that it's fine. I've also noticed different companies use different versions so it feels unfamiliar whenever I change jobs.

Single unified platform

Pros

The chance to have a single, unified platform connected to all the office software you could possibly need. I think it's smart that Microsoft offers this as one complete, integrated system.

Cons

While I don't think this variety is bad I believe they should make it simpler to see or access the tools included with our company account. I know this information exists somewhere.. I've seen it before.. but it's actually not easy to find.
