“Early Power Platform innovator”
Pros
They weren't just early to the game with the Power Platform, they used that head start to build a genuinely world-class product that's also surprisingly simple to use. I love that they came out with a unique niche that perfectly leverages the power of Power Apps and Dataverse.
Cons
It's hard to find a downside for this platform.

“stepping stone to Dynamics 365”
Pros
I think it's brilliant for making CRM simple and accessible especially for businesses that feel overwhelmed and don't know where to begin with a powerful system like Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Cons
It seems like it might be too simple for companies that already have a complex, established process and are looking for a deeply powerful tool right out of the gate but that's just my opinion.

To me, it feels like they're brilliant architects but I'm left wondering what it's actually like to work with them day-to-day. Just a thought.
