Oversight and follow up for smaller teams and individual contributors has room for improvement.

Pros

From the beginning, we were looking for platform who take a quality driven approach to software development because we knew it would lead to a better experience, fewer bugs and less technical debt. In the search of that we found Southern Code and they delivered just that. The application they built is of top quality and provides a strong foundation for future growth which allows us to add features quickly while maintaining that high standard.

Cons

Everything mostly went smoothly. The only challenge we faced was that the software did not perform well for users with weak phone connections. We had to address this post launch, as we initially assumed users would have solid internet access. This was not Southern Code's fault just something we had not anticipated early on.
