“Easy to customize….”
Pros
I found SyntecX easy to customize mainly for custom development projects. Moreover, the software supports a bunch of integrations, which made it super easy for us to sync it with the other tools our team was already using. Plus, the interface is simple enough for new members to get the hang of it pretty quickly. I also like that they release regular updates, which have definitely improved the software's performance over time.
Cons
One challenge I faced was occasional lag when managing larger more complex projects. Although it does not happen frequently, it can slow things down during a sprint.
