I really like the support team. Because the team's primary daily support focused on gaining a deep understanding of the customer's industry, staying involved and proactive in addressing their concerns, demonstrating outstanding technical knowledge, quickly responding to change requests and being highly flexible.
Cons
While everyone has their weaknesses, working with this team daily, collaborating on complex tasks I never experienced any discomfort or stress.
