Pros
The ease of use is simply amazing. Also the speed at which it returns data is impressive. It is very simple to create custom dashboards and the insights are limitless. Plus the graphics are clear and easy to understand.
Cons
I do not have any complaints at the moment. Everything is working perfectly so far.

Pros
Getting up and running with Alloy was pretty easy. Plus their ability to handle various data formats was something great. And the team is highly collaborative and consistently provides effective solutions to any issues or queries we encounter.
Cons
We cannot customize facts to match our internal naming conventions and it does not support tracking multiple currencies.

“One spot for all our data needs
Pros
It is amazing to have data from multiple retailers in one database. My Executive Team loves having a single dashboard that displays sales trends week to week across different retailers or product groups. Also I appreciate how the data aligns with our internal product categories. It is a powerful tool that continues to grow and improve. And customer service is excellent too.
Cons
Honestly my dislikes are minor. Like sometimes it is tricky to find certain metrics for specific retailers. For instance figuring out where a product is in the supply chain can be a bit confusing and time consuming.
