It allows us to connect with a single software provider, giving us access to a wide range of global couriers and services that we can offer to our customers as part of our product

It's quite complicated, not necessarily because of the software itself but due to the complexities of the shipping and freight industry. It has taken us about four years to develop a product that most of our customers are satisfied with. However, recent updates have caused a 200% slowdown in API calls, which has impacted our service delivery to customers

“affordable and integrates well but lacks WooCommerce support

EasyPost provides its services without any monthly fees and integrates effortlessly through an API with other platforms. Their pricing is also very competitive

Cons

It does not directly integrate with WooCommerce or at least not with other eCommerce platforms as far as I know. This makes their dashboard less useful since pending orders are not shown. Also I don't like that the account needs to be pre-funded, rather than having labels billed to a credit card as they are purchased.

“Great options, would like more variety

I like the variety of postage options that EasyPost provides.

One thing I would really like to see is more postage and courier options available to choose from.

Honestly, we have not found any major issues yet but we are struggling with basic tasks like creating a batch of USPS shipping labels from a CSV file. It is something thats typically simple in other software but we are just going around in circles here.

While it's highly customizable, I noticed that setting up even simple tasks can be incredibly difficult.

Configuring the system is pretty simple. Plus billing and tracking shipments are also easy to manage.

Customer support is lacking and the only way to get a response is through email.

EasyPost has streamlined my shipping process making it smooth and hassle-free. The best thing is that I can track shipments with just one click.

No cons, it is very affordable which seems almost too good to be true.

I love that I can now create labels directly in EasyPost. Before I had to rely on an API with developer assistance but now I can manually create labels whenever I need to.

It would be great if the user interface was a bit more user-friendly especially when it comes to creating our own labels like ShipStation.
