great for connecting couriers but slow updates impact service

Pros

It allows us to connect with a single software provider, giving us access to a wide range of global couriers and services that we can offer to our customers as part of our product

Cons

It's quite complicated, not necessarily because of the software itself but due to the complexities of the shipping and freight industry. It has taken us about four years to develop a product that most of our customers are satisfied with. However, recent updates have caused a 200% slowdown in API calls, which has impacted our service delivery to customers

affordable and integrates well but lacks WooCommerce support

Pros

EasyPost provides its services without any monthly fees and integrates effortlessly through an API with other platforms. Their pricing is also very competitive

Cons

It does not directly integrate with WooCommerce or at least not with other eCommerce platforms as far as I know. This makes their dashboard less useful since pending orders are not shown. Also I don't like that the account needs to be pre-funded, rather than having labels billed to a credit card as they are purchased.
