“A user-friendly tool
Pros
This platform is way too easy to use and manage. I can handle all the orders, air shipping, cost tracking and claims right here. Also it was easy to set up and the support is top-notch. It's automated everything we used to do manually in the warehouse.
Cons
They charge a monthly fee but there were some additional costs we were not told about before we started working with them. There were some hidden fees.

Pros
It is fairly easy to use and the maintenance is not a problem too. Plus refunds are processed quickly.
Cons
Few things I have noticed is that there are varying availability and costs plus some uncertainty around pickups.

“Gets the job done
Pros
This product fits our needs much better than the alternatives. And it replaced several manual tasks where we used to rely on spreadsheets to exchange information.
Cons
Even though it was a better fit for us there were still some special shipping requirements especially considering the high-value cargo that Perth Mint ships. But the FreightExchange team handled these adjustments quickly and professionally.

The contact number for FreightExchange does not work. They really need to fix phone communication.

Getting freight quotes is fast and simple. Also I can easily find tracking and consignment details too.
Cons
There are sometimes hidden costs like manual handling fees or extra delivery charges that we don't find out about until we get the invoice.

Freight exchange offers a powerful and flexible API. The dev team is always available and happy to help with customizations to meet our needs. Also support is quick and efficient with handling requests.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that there are not any API solutions available for reporting and analytics.
