Pros
The Predictive Analytics feature is simply amazing. It's not just about tracking shipments but it actually helps us make smarter decisions. Plus GoTrack predicts delays by giving us a more accurate ETA.
Cons
GoComet doesn't offer port-level data or integration but honestly, it's not a dealbreaker for us.

“Helps us with freight forwarding
Pros
I love the visibility that GoComet offers. Plus the AIS/Geofence feature has been a huge plus for my company. With geofence updates, our consignees automatically get notified when the vessel is within a 20km radius of the POD. That kind of real-time update makes a big difference.
Cons
Well it's a bit of a letdown that SKU-level visibility is not on the UI Dashboard yet. I've heard it is on the roadmap, though and the team has committed to rolling it out by September 2023, so I am looking forward to that.

GoComet gives us great visibility and transparency in shipment tracking. And with a single dashboard, we can monitor and manage shipments across multiple stakeholders.
Cons
It would be awesome if it had more FAQs available so our team could quickly find answers to common questions without waiting.

It's interface is very user-friendly. Plus it's easy to access important shipment details and keep everything organized. Their analytics and reporting tools are also top-notch, giving us valuable insights that help optimize our supply chain and improve our overall efficiency.
Cons
Our team had to wait a bit longer than expected for GoComet's support team to respond to our queries. However, once they did get in touch, they solved the issue right away. Still, it would be great if the support team could respond more quickly to queries.

“A must-have for tracking shipments in any business
Pros
Not only is it simple but it delivers exactly what it promises from full tracking of our imports and exports. Since we started using GoComet, we have seen major improvements in getting cargo to production on time while avoiding costly delays. In short it has made a real impact on our daily operations.
Cons
There are times when the alerts from NVOCCs aren't real-time. This is a major issue for us because many of the NVOCC shipping lines don't even provide tracking info, to begin with. But fixing this would definitely give this software a competitive edge over other platforms in the industry.

It's easy to use and fits right into our daily workflow without any problem.
Cons
Well I would love to see some high-level dashboards for our executives. Also it would be helpful to have a map showing all our cargo, with ships behind schedule highlighted in different colors. It'd also be great to see stats like the number of containers in transit, ones due in the next 7 days and ones due in the next 15 days.

It is a bit difficult to delete tracking entries that were introduced by mistake.

“Everyone in my team love it
Pros
There's a lot I love about this software, but here are the highlights. The tracking tool includes a map that shows the ships projected route alongside its actual path as it progresses. It very well displays both the planned and actual departure and arrival dates. If a ship is delayed, it is clearly marked in red with the number of days it is behind schedule. I also get delay alerts via email, which is really helpful. Plus it syncs with our system, so customers can check the location and status of their shipments directly in their HaulMatch account on mobile or desktop. No need for extra logins, third-party sites or constant emails and calls to get updates. Everything's in one place. Also the GoComet team checks in regularly through emails and short video calls to see how we are doing. They actually listen to feedback, which I really appreciate.
Cons
The downloadable Excel reports are pretty long, but on positive side they are very detailed. We generate them every quarter to review the shipments that GoComet is tracking. And one thing I'd love to see is the option to choose which columns to include before the report is generated.
