“Simplified logistics management”

Pros

Managing detention and demurrage has never been this easy. Plus the container tracking is simple and works exactly as we needed.

Cons

“Helps us with freight forwarding”

Pros

I love the visibility that GoComet offers. Plus the AIS/Geofence feature has been a huge plus for my company. With geofence updates, our consignees automatically get notified when the vessel is within a 20km radius of the POD. That kind of real-time update makes a big difference.

Cons

Well it's a bit of a letdown that SKU-level visibility is not on the UI Dashboard yet. I've heard it is on the roadmap, though and the team has committed to rolling it out by September 2023, so I am looking forward to that.

“Great fit for today's freight forwarders”

Pros

The Predictive Analytics feature is simply amazing. It's not just about tracking shipments but it actually helps us make smarter decisions. Plus GoTrack predicts delays by giving us a more accurate ETA.

Cons

GoComet doesn't offer port-level data or integration but honestly, it's not a dealbreaker for us.
