“Great visibility into behavior”
Pros
One of the best parts of this tool is how much visibility it gives into customer behavior and website visitor activity. Plus it helps uncover a lot of unique insights that are really useful for understanding your audience better.
Cons
Nothing major but it can be difficult to work with when trying to connect it to social media platforms such as Meta and TikTok.

“Customizable focused reporting features”
Pros
There are a lot of features packed into it and the reporting can be customized really well to highlight the specific parts of the data you want to focus on.
Cons
At times when an issue comes up, it is not very clear or helpful in showing exactly where the problem is coming from.

“Campaign funnel bigquery connection”
Pros
Analytics 360 is what we depend on to understand which campaigns actually drive engagement across our donation pages and educational content. Looking at our documentation, the custom funnels and the ability to connect everything back to BigQuery make it far more capable than standard GA on its own.
Cons
Getting everything configured takes a fair amount of time and the tagging has to be done correctly from the start. Smaller nonprofits could have a hard time using the full suite effectively without technical support.

“simple dashboard for creators”
Pros
Google Analytics is quite user friendly especially for creators and bloggers. The dashboard is also simple to navigate and makes it easy to keep track of performance.
Cons
It would be even better if it connected more seamlessly with Search Console and AdSense, since right now they feel like three separate products instead of one connected experience.

“Responsive support :)”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how responsive the customer support team is whenever help is needed. Integrating it with other tools has also been very easy too and the software performs really well especially when it comes to analyzing data effectively.
Cons
Honestly I dont have any complaints about it. The product fits its purpose very well and the customization options are extensive especially for premium subscribers.

“tracking is easy”
Pros
Having detailed visibility into website traffic and sales makes it much easier to build data driven media plans especially since it shows clearly which paid and organic channels are driving results.
Cons
The numbers line up quite well with Google's own ad platforms but attribution makes the results from other advertising platforms inconsistent and they rarely match.

“Daily routine without thinking”
Pros
Nearly every metric I need is there to understand how visitors act on my site from traffic and clicks to bounce rate and it has become part of my daily routine without me even thinking about it.
Cons
Since the switch to GA4, I get confused pretty quickly. As the menu layout changed, reports are harder to find and I usually end up using only the basic features while ignoring the rest.

“follows clear customer journey”
Pros
The attribution paths connection with Google Ads is the standout part for me because it lets you clearly follow a customer's journey from the first touchpoint through conversion.
Cons
Setting everything up properly can be a bit complicated. Many features are hidden behind multiple sub menus and tabs.

“Detailed insights custom dashboards”
Pros
advanced reporting tools are one of the best parts of Google Analytics and they give me really detailed insights into my website traffic. Also the dashboards can be customized a lot which makes it even more useful. I genuinely enjoy using this product.
Cons
It can feel pretty overwhelming because the setup process and learning curve are quite steep when you are new. Some features also require a bit of technical knowledge to use properly. On top of that the pricing feels expensive for a small business.

“Clear summary bigquery power”
Pros
Google Analytics 360 gives us a clear summary of campaign performance, user behavior and other key metrics. Its integration with BigQuery is especially powerful and makes deep analysis much more valuable.
Cons
The pricing is quite high, so it is important to be sure the upgrade is really the right move before investing in it to get the most value.

“Tracks many traffic parts!!”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how it tracks so many different parts of my website traffic. The reporting is very detailed too and I can dig as deep as I need to when reviewing data. Getting started was also pretty easy, with plenty of setup options available.
Cons
At this point I really do not have any complaints about the software. It handles everything I need it to do and there are still additional features included that I have not even explored yet.

“Flexible checkout behavior reporting”
Pros
this tool gives us detailed visibility into how customers interact with our online store and marketing campaigns. Plus the reporting is flexible enough to be tailored to exactly what we need to measure, whether that's product page visits or customer behavior during checkout.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that setting up goals and more advanced tracking can get very technical without the right support. If anything is set up wrong, it can end up messing up the data.

“Practical wordpress site monitoring”
Pros
Google Analytics is really useful for monitoring a website in a practical way. Connecting it with WordPress is pretty easy too and it pulls in valuable data such as page views and how long visitors stay on each page.
Cons
At the same time I am still having some trouble with it. Navigating and working with the platform feels complicated even after watching YouTube tutorials and finding historical reporting data can be frustrating too.

“Monitor every piece easily”
Pros
Google Analytics lets me monitor just about every piece of website data I need. Plus it makes analyzing each post much more manageable and gives a clear view of performance.
Cons
The part I like least is the pricing and the platform can be difficult to fully understand when you are trying to use all the tools available. As it definitely involves some trial and error to figure things out.

Pros
Getting used to the main dashboard takes very little time and using it feels quite easy too. Also it connects easily with websites built on WordPress which makes setup much more convenient.

“Tracks entire site engagement”
Pros
Google Analytics does an excellent job of tracking website traffic, acquisition and engagement across the entire site, not just the homepage. Plus it gives useful visibility into how visitors interact with every linked page on your website.
Cons
Some of the reporting terminology in it can be hard to understand especially when it is not immediately clear what certain terms mean or exactly what they are measuring. Though the certification and course materials help to a degree but it still takes extra research to figure out which metrics are the most relevant for your needs.

“A pleasure to use from day one”
Pros
From day one Google Analytics 360 has been a pleasure to use. Everything about it works well for me and I honestly don't have any complaints. As it is user friendly, simple to navigate and the data it provides has been consistently accurate.
Cons
After using it for the past 90 days, I still have not come across anything negative to mention. So at this point I genuinely cannot say there's been a single issue with the software.
