“Free multi-site analytics convenience”
Pros
Having one platform to manage analytics for multiple websites is really convenient. The integration process is simple too and the way it lets you drill down into the data works well for understanding where website traffic is coming from. Plus it being free makes it even more appealing.
Cons
One concern I had was with the WordPress plug-in. It didn't feel very secure to me and after dealing with multiple hacks, I ended up removing it from my sites. I still need to look into that issue further.

One thing that really works well with Google Analytics is how it offers multiple report types for specific metrics like demographics, page views and more, all organized in a way that's simple to move through inside the app.
Cons
Getting started with it was challenging because setup, understanding the platform and implementing it properly took a lot of tutorials and self teaching.

“Deeper customer behavior insights”
Pros
Google Analytics 360 has given our team much richer data insights and a more efficient way to collect information which has been really useful in shaping our overall marketing strategy. The advanced website tracking lets us dig much deeper into customer behavior and better understand how people are interacting with our site. It is easily one of the most valuable tools we use for analyzing customer data. The platform is also fairly easy to work with at a basic level, though it can become much more involved when you start building advanced reports and dashboards.
Cons
While the interface is well designed overall, things can start to feel a bit confusing and complicated when setting up advanced features that need customization for your organization's specific needs. In those cases, extra training or outside support is often necessary. Plus the learning curve can definitely get longer depending on how complex your analytics setup and reporting requirements are.
