Pros
Not only is it easy to use but it is pretty much self-explanatory. Not even close to the complexity of traditional ERP systems. Setting it up was also a simple task as it took me less than a day. Plus, customer support is also not difficult to reach, even though I only needed it once.
Cons
I would love to collaborate with other law firms that have their own APIs for their software. Not sure if that's possible, but it is something I need to check.

Pros
One of the biggest benefits is the built-in integration with major merchants like Amazon, Conrad and Schafer Shop. It makes setting up purchase requests easy since we already use these marketplaces. Also the interface is really intuitive and the whole budget and purchase approval process works exactly as it should.
Cons
The free trial is a bit too short to properly test everything. But when I reached out to support, they extended it without, which was great.

Hivebuy has made our purchasing process so much easier. It is simple and intuitive, covering exactly what our team needs. Also no more digging around for receipts as everything is stored in the platform, which saves us a ton of time. The Amazon integration is also a big plus since our employees can order through an interface they already know. On top of that, integrating different order catalogs and platforms has been a huge advantage. Plus we can now handle everything from ordering to invoicing in one tool, and the real-time budget planning ensures we stay within budget. It is a company wide solution that streamlines processes across all departments, making life easier for everyone. I must say Hivebuy is a well-thought-out, constantly evolving. Each department gets more autonomy while still keeping everything transparent. Plus, the Slack integration makes approvals so much faster, saving us time every day. Our purchasing is now decentralized but those in charge still have full oversight, and we have completely eliminated the frustrating manual work.
Cons
No mobile version for now. I hope they will introduce it soon. Connecting existing integrations is quick as it just takes a few minutes, but we are still missing an interface for Sevdesk, Google Chat and a few others. The monthly cost is there, but honestly it is worth it as it allows our team saves time, and the whole process is way more user-friendly.
