Time savings advantages

Pros

Honestly, I probably can't overstate how much I enjoy using it. This easy program has genuinely saved me hours every day. Ordering used to be a hassle and now the whole process feels much more aligned and manageable with this platform.

Cons

One minor downside is that the search feature can be a bit glitchy at times. Every now and then it slows things down when an item doesn't show up even though I know it's there but the vendor portal is still available as a backup when needed.

Practical design approach

Pros

One thing I really enjoy is how practical and simple the software feels. It's simple to use which makes it a very suitable option for implementation with users since the whole experience becomes much faster and more manageable.

Cons

At times, you have to be very specific about the products you want to search for so it would be better if the search process were simpler.

good order tracking system

Pros

Using this has been really easy and it makes tracking order and receiving status simple. I absolutely love being able to link out and purchase directly from the vendor site. It's been far better than what I dealt with in Negotiatus at a previous job.

Cons

Looking up items in the catalog can feel a bit tough at times, probably because of how much detail is built into the lists by higher-ups for larger-scale purchasing.

Makes buying convenient and quick

Pros

Hybrent is very user friendly. My experience with their customer service has been amazing and I've had great support whenever theres been an issue with my purchases. Adding the products I need is very simple too. It makes the whole experience of buying very convenient.

Cons

One downside that comes to mind is that when I'm searching for a product, I sometimes need to use several descriptions to find what I am looking for. Takes up some time. Other than that everything is fine.

Great features!

Pros

We rely most on invoice management and reconciliation tools along with the general inventory management. Hybrent is particularly strong with these features and is able to meet all our needs!

Cons

It would be great if there was an option to create custom reports. There are times when we need specific data that doesnt quite fit into the available report templates.

Impossible to get support assistance

Pros

Like a lot of software on the market, the product itself is decent enough. The problem is that there's basically no support behind it at all.

Cons

Customer support is completely absent. Our team hasn't been able to get in touch with anyone and we keep getting passed around with no real answers. I ended up taking over the effort to reach someone myself and it's been impossible. Our previous account rep is gone, no replacement has been assigned and every day we're told the issue has been escalated. Dealing with them feels like getting stuck in endless bureaucratic red tape.

Inventory reporting insights

Pros

One thing I really appreciate about this product is the end-user reporting. It lets me clearly see exactly which inventory is being pulled and how it's being used which is incredibly helpful.

Cons

Smooth implementation experience

Pros

Right from the start, my reaction was, "This seems almost too simple." Our system integration took five weeks and during that time it supported everything we needed to build our portal. The platform was very user-friendly and quick to pick up. We not only got the portal fully up and running but we also trained 58 people across five sites before going live. The training, go-live and post-go-live support were all handled by one person. It's the first system I've worked with that feels nearly self-taught. The processes it created improved the entire workflow across our system and it delivers accurate outputs quickly without making you go through multiple steps to get there. Overall, it's a user-friendly system and a powerful tool for managing business needs.

Cons

The issues I've run into are already being addressed by the development team. They've been more like enhancement requests than actual broken processes. Considering how we use the system and everything it offers, once we adjusted our own processes to fit it, we saw the same end results. No system is ever 100% perfect but I can honestly say this is the best inventory management and 3-way match system I've ever used or implemented.

Efficient invoicing process

Pros

Honestly, the invoicing in this software has been fantastic. The 3-way match is incredibly helpful and handling the invoices that are left over is very easy. Being able to open the PO directly from the invoice is a huge plus because it saves me from jumping between multiple tabs. Placing orders has also become so much better. Something that used to take me hours can now be done in just minutes.

Cons

Feature I'm less thrilled about is the barcoding and QR code side of things. We've had issues before where the codes got damaged and then couldn't be used anymore. There have also been times when certain items wouldn't scan out properly although the customer support team usually steps in and resolves it very quickly.

Aligned operations workflow

Pros

Everything feels much more aligned now. The system pushes us to stay current with technology and it keeps the ordering and invoicing process simple and easy.

Cons

We're still ironing out a few issues when there's a mis-pick or a mis-delivered item. The crediting process still seems like it needs more refinement. At our facility, we have to work closely as a team to confirm items were returned and credits were issued before we can close out a purchase order.

Easy ordering process

Pros

Getting orders placed with multiple vendors is very easy and the system is really easy to use overall.

Only real downside is that the reporting could be better and that's about all I can point to as a con.

QuickBooks integration compatibility

Pros

The standout feature for me is how simple it is to import invoices into QuickBooks. The system feels very user-friendly overall and is easy to use.

One-stop ordering solution

Pros

Being able to order everything from a single website saves a huge amount of time. The clearly labeled tabs also make it simple to move through the site and find what you need.

Cons

At times, it can be extremely slow. The lag becomes a real problem when things are busy and you need to place orders quickly.

Great for orders and invoices management

Pros

Every day, I rely on it to place orders and process invoices and it handles those tasks really well.

Cons

Since I'm still new in this role, I haven't fully gotten comfortable with creating POs, logging implants and adding inventory so those parts have been difficult to figure out.

Inventory management system

Pros

Managing inventory has become much more effective with this product and it provides an excellent case costing solution for our Ambulatory Surgery Center. The system is very user-friendly and as an administrator, I can have multiple employees working in it at the same time while still keeping clear visibility into our inventory.

Cons

They've also done a great job with upgrades and adding features that make the system better over time. The reporting tools have improved significantly and their willingness to create custom reports has been a big plus.
