“Takes procurement to the next level

Pros

Before we started using i2B, we struggled with manual data entry, slow processing and limited visibility into our spend analytics. But ever since we switched to i2B and DataKITE, things have completely changed for the better.

Cons

At first, our team had to go through a bit of a learning curve getting used to the new system and all its features. But with the training and continuous support from the team, we were able to get past those challenges and now fully take advantage of everything the platform offers.

i2B software is really easy to use. Automating tasks like purchase order management and approvals has really streamlined our workflows, cutting down on manual errors and saving us a lot of time.

Cons

No complaints so far. The support from they offer to us is simply amazing.

Supplier onboarding feature works fast and is quite basic. Plus, every transaction of ours is tracked, which is the best for audit processes.

Honestly, no issues yet. Anytime we needed something, the team took care of it right away.

I love how customizable and user-friendly i2B is. We were able to set it up immediately and it made a positive impact on our supplier management within no time.

We didn't face many issues while customizing and rolling out i2B for supplier management. Also it was a great fit for our mid sized business in terms of both size and complexity. So there is nothing that stands out to us as a con.

“Great from setup to execution

Pros

We can easily configure the software to fit our needs, and the speed at which it was provided has been better than anything we have used before. The 24/7 support is a huge plus too as it's reassuring to know help is always available. I am also confident that as our needs grow, this software will adapt right along with us.

Cons

There are a few features we would love to see added and it is been informed to us they are already on the roadmap. So for now we do not have any major concerns to share.

Pros

We've been using i2B for supplier onboarding for six months now, and it's working well for us. It helps us with compliance and risk management and is super easy to use. And you know what's the best part? It's free for our suppliers. I'd definitely recommend it.

Cons

Well, we are still in the process of improving our reporting with the tool, but overall it's been great.

Pros

Implementation was so easy, offered great value for money and we saw a quick ROI. Plus the team is awesome to work with. And it supports seven languages, including Portuguese and Spanish, which is a big deal for us in LAM.

Cons

No issues at all. We are really happy with everything i2B offers.

Pros

I use i2B daily to communicate with our suppliers and it's been great in this area. Also the whole system was up and running in just six weeks from start to finish. Support has been excellent too and overall I'm really happy with it.

Cons

No cons to share as I know is that they are still working on a Power BI integration for reporting and I am really looking forward to that when it's released.

We had it up and running in just a few weeks, and it is also quite easy to use and introduce to our suppliers.

I feel like more reporting and analytics features would be a great addition.

Pros

i2B has really helped us standardize the requisition process. Also it is easy to use and the team has been very responsive to our requests for additional features. Plus, it integrates smoothly with our Infor purchasing software.

Cons

It would be helpful to have more email alerts at different steps in the process. Also, there are some features being developed now that I wish had been included from the start, like Supplier Agreement and Supplier Item Number fields.

This great purchase to pay solution fills the gaps we had in supply chain management. It takes care of the entire cycle and is backed by an amazing team of professionals who really know their stuff.

Cons

No complaints here! If we need support, the i2B team is always there for us. If we have a suggestion or need a new feature, just reach out to them and they actually listen.
