Pros

i2B software is really easy to use. Automating tasks like purchase order management and approvals has really streamlined our workflows, cutting down on manual errors and saving us a lot of time.

Takes procurement to the next level

Pros

Before we started using i2B, we struggled with manual data entry, slow processing and limited visibility into our spend analytics. But ever since we switched to i2B and DataKITE, things have completely changed for the better.

Cons

At first, our team had to go through a bit of a learning curve getting used to the new system and all its features. But with the training and continuous support from the team, we were able to get past those challenges and now fully take advantage of everything the platform offers.

Delivers like the best without the hefty price

Pros

I love how customizable and user-friendly i2B is. We were able to set it up immediately and it made a positive impact on our supplier management within no time.

Cons

We didn't face many issues while customizing and rolling out i2B for supplier management. Also it was a great fit for our mid sized business in terms of both size and complexity. So there is nothing that stands out to us as a con.
