Pros
Quoting is very easy once I have entered the commodities into the system. Also I get my discounted rates from carriers, even through Kuebix. The reports are also easy to pull and the real-time tracking always keeps me happy.
Cons
Not all accessory charges show up in the quote so I have to check them separately for each quote.

Pros
It is really easy to use. Searching for Hazmat items is simple and the ability to save previous SKUs has been a lifesaver too.
Cons
Tracking shipments is not easy. I usually have to call customer service and it takes a while to get an answer.

Pros
It has a lot of great features. Also I like their customer service. They are really nice and always helpful.
Cons
The page takes too long to load. And after I book a shipment, if I need to make changes, I have to change the pro# as you cannot modify it under the same pro#. Also it's a little complicated and not super user-friendly.

I was very much impressed with how this TMS software looks. Also the navigation is quite user-friendly.
Cons
Well the only reason I am not using this as my go to TMS right now is because I just haven't had the time to manually input all of my customer records into the system yet.

“It has improved our shipping process”
Pros
The interface is highly user-friendly, so quoting against all my shipping tariffs is quick and easy. Also it is great that I only have to go to one place to access reports and look at past shipments.
Cons
I wish the Manage Shipments module fit better on one screen without needing to scroll side to side. It would be much easier to use if there was less empty space.

“Amazing, but lacking in customer support”
Pros
Overall, it is pretty user-friendly. Setting up shipments from Kuebix and tracking them is also simple. I find it a much better way to handle shipments compared to how we used to do it.
Cons
We have had this integrated with Netsuite for almost a year, but we are still stuck in integrations and haven't moved to customer support yet. I have come across several issues, and the customer service response has been poor. At times I had to send multiple emails just to get a response and communication wasn't a priority for them. I still have open issues and they either were not resolved or they gave us workarounds. We like the software, but the way the project was handled and followed through was disappointing.

“Made shipping easy”
Pros
Shipping is so easy and that is key for a TMS. The Kuebix team has always helped us a lot in setting everything up. With just a few clicks, my shipment is quoted, booked and the BOL is ready to be emailed to whoever needs it.
Cons
There's just so much information in Kuebix, because of this at times it get hard for me to review all the details of an old shipment.

Once we get the hang of it, it is really easy to use!
Cons
Figuring out all the different ways my carriers needed the freight amount entered just to get a proper quote was a hassle. And honestly, I really hated having to manually enter all my carriers and deal with the follow-up emails just to get the API set up.

Pros
Using Kuebix has made my job so much more simple and saves me a lot of time. Also it is easy to use and it's really accurate when getting quotes, organizing freight and keeping track with carriers. Everything I need for LTL or FTL shipments is already there.
Cons
There are a few freight accounts that cannot be added into it. I tried adding FedEx but no luck.

Pros
It is pretty easy to navigate and booking shipments is also simple process now. Their customer support is really responsive and always willing to help. Plus, since it is built on the Salesforce platform, the reporting can be customized to fit my companys needs.
Cons
Shipment tracking was unreliable. Sometimes, shipments would already be processed through our facility and on their way to the destination but Kuebix would still show that it is waiting to be picked up. Also it is not very broker-friendly either. There wasn't an efficient way to set up BOLs for 3rd party billing when tendering a shipment to a broker. Plus, if one user created a report, other users couldn't access it unless they contacted customer support to recreate the report in a shared folder. Certain fields, like the PO field, couldn't be edited once booked, which is frustrating when you need to update info but can't access those fields.

Pros
Before Kuebix, we had to go to each carrier's website to get individual quotes. Now, I can easily and quickly choose the best carrier for each shipment. It is so much faster!
Cons
For how we use the software, I do not have any complaints!
