“Helpful in so many different ways...
Pros
I love the inbox reminders that pop up to remind me to do credential reviews on items that have been submitted. It's super helpful.
Cons
Setting up for small teams with lots of vendors is not as easy as I expected. It takes a lot of time and effort.

“I like it!
Pros
It is really user-friendly and easy to navigate once we get the hang of things. Also it alerts us whenever the provider updates documents in the database.
Cons
It would be really helpful if we could mirror the providers actions. That way, we could see what they are doing when they have trouble deleting or uploading data.

Pros
It is an easy to use product, and the rep we have is very helpful and quick to respond whenever we need anything.
Cons
I would definitely suggest improving how documents are archived and organized. As for now they don't work that great.

“Ideal for managing supplier documents
Pros
As a document database system, OurRecords offers really flexible design options. Plus, it integrates well with MS Power BI for visualizing progress and status updates. For supplier communication, we can use customized emails, which is great for encouraging suppliers to participate. And the rep knows the system inside and out. They are not like a typical salesperson. They are really active and help modify the system to fit our needs.
Cons
It seems like it is still a work in progress, but honestly, that's a good thing because they listen to feedback and make improvements accordingly.
