I really cannot think of anything right now. They have been very helpful whenever something comes up and they stay on top of our refunds and claims.

Pros

Refund Retriever keeps an eye on my FedEx and UPS bills and finds refunds I didn't even know I was owed. Plus it's always a nice surprise to see a report showing money coming back. Their auditing is a lifesaver and saves me a ton of money.

A little more detail on what the refunds are for would be nice but other than that, I love everything about it.

I love that Refund Retriever actually gets me money back. The refunds come in fast and I don't have to do a thing as it's completely hands-free. Well I know it's just part of doing business, but I do wish I could pay a lower percentage of the refunds.
