“Feels like a heavyweight in logistics
Pros
One thing I have noticed is that it provides smaller and mid-level brands with some amazing logistics features.
Cons
We ran into a few issues like order mix ups. As some end up receiving items that were not what was actually ordered which was frustrating.

“I like it
Pros
It works great for planning inventory and the way it integrates with other platforms is something that impresses me the most.
Cons
There is really nothing I can say I dislike. Everything with this software has worked exactly how we needed without a single issue.

“Nightmare experience from start to finish
Pros
There is nothing too special about it that I would like to mention when it comes to pros.
Cons
So many issues like shipping takes forever, the pricing is insanely high and they charged us with an unexplained fee. Honestly this company feels like it is working against your business. My advice is that look elsewhere. Seriously.

“All good from my side
Pros
ShipBob offers some great pricing and helps us stay up to date about our stock without much hassle.
Cons
The only thing I have come across is that teaching someone new how to use the system is a bit of a hassle as it not quite user or beginner friendly.

“Helpful team, but way too often needed
Pros
Their support team is quick to respond which is really good thing thing because I had to reach out to them pretty often.
Cons
Well the help articles are just useless and setting up products or kits is not simple at all. Overall the whole setup process was way more complicated than I expected.

“Terrible experience with their help team
Pros
Getting started with it was simple as I was able to understand everything with ease. Also the system itself is quite user-friendly too.
Cons
The pricing structure is not there as it is all over the place, we got overbilled and even had inventory go missing. The worst part is the support as it is all empty promises, delays and technical excuse after excuses that never get resolved.

“Poor packaging led to damaged items
Pros
Their pickup service is outstanding as it is quite fast. Also I have not faced any issue syncing it with eCommerce platforms.
Cons
Their packing methods are not suited for larger or heavier orders. We had damaged deliveries and they would not even accept responsibility for it.

“Doesn't support Shopify's international setup
Pros
The thing that I found good about them is that their fulfillment centers are across different countries which really helps with global shipping.
Cons
I will say do not believe anyone from ShipBob if they say their app supports Shopify Markets as it does not. It merges inventory counts from all your regions, so if stock runs out in the US but is available in Australia it still shows it as in stock everywhere. This forced us to fulfill US orders from Australia which made zero sense. Shopify confirmed the issue is on ShipBob's side. Plus they claim to support global growth but offer no fix. We even got a $20K quote from an agency to fix what ShipBob would not. And after months of getting nowhere, we are actively switching to a better 3PL. So if you are using or planning to use Shopify Markets avoid ShipBob.

“Cost me more than it helped
Pros
Daphne, who manages one of their warehouses was amazing to work with as he was very helpful and professional.
Cons
The rates did not match up with what we expected. As we were doing our own shipping for a year and ShipBob's charges were about four times higher. That was enough for us to walk away for good.

“Average at best for fulfillment
Pros
It is a simple system that links up with Shopify and it works even if we are shipping just a few orders.
Cons
Customer support is way too slow and return processing takes way too long. So if you are looking for a warehouse that offers customized yet quick support and faster order dispatch, I would suggest look somewhere else.

“Way overpriced for what you get
Pros
With its help our orders went out quickly and setting everything up was pretty easy too. Also the UI looks great and makes things easier.
Cons
We faced serious billing errors that took over a month to sort out mainly because of confusion around Australian tax rules and tech overcharges. We needed to show loads of proof and even talk to international managers. Also the process was always confrontational and support staff did not understand what we were dealing with. We had to escalate every time to get anything done. And after comparing rates we realized we were being overcharged by around 50%. Even when we asked for a review, they only cut rates by 20%. Their tech is clearly US focused and does not work well in Australia. We even had thousands in billing errors that took months to fix. Lately we have heard rumors that other brands were offered NDA deals just to resolve ongoing payment disputes.

“Wasn't great to begin with and got worse
Pros
As long as everything syncs right and is entered properly which let me tell you is tricky, orders do usually ship out on time.
Cons
The support experience is honestly the worst part of my day. They have outsourced it to reps who do not seem trained properly and it is quite frustrating trying to get anything resolved.

“Works well, but not cheap if the product weighs more
Pros
ShipBob software has a clean layout and I find it easy to fix any issues that pop up with orders.
Cons
You can technically see analytics but only by tweaking the URL manually which I feel like is just not a proper way to access that kind of data.

“It ruined our operations
Pros
Well I find software itself and layout both really simple to work with. However the actual problem lies elsewhere.
Cons
ShipBob software works fine on its own but everything else the company handles from logistics to support is completely useless.

“Absolutely the worst third-party service we tried
Pros
It is not the best as better options are available out there. However I admit the fact that they have got a good API, a nice test environment and a pretty clean dashboard.
Cons
We had problems across the board as they charged us for incorrect kitting, items were missing from shipments, SKUs were mixed up and they even moved our inventory without telling us. Also then they had the nerve to bill us for the mess they caused themselves.

“Great support for shipping needs
Pros
Installing the app was a simple task and syncing it with Shopify was quite easy too. All credit goes to the helpful support team as they stick by us till the end.
Cons
The user interface could be more welcoming to newcomers. And even though it is not terrible but we did get some false error messages for shipping addresses that were actually correct.

“Took forever to ship and no one helps
Pros
Setting things up was not a problem as I was able to day it quite quickly. And the cool part is you do not need to be a big company to get started.
Cons
Well the system lacks flexibility and does not really match the practical needs of modern e-commerce. Overall it just feels clunky and outdated to me and surely to others too.
