Works fine!

Pros

What I appreciate most about ShipEdge is how effortlessly it simplifies managing and fulfilling orders.

Cons

The one thing I don't like about it is that it lacks enough reports for certain tasks, like tracking specific items and lots.

Pros

Perfect for omnichannel fulfillment

Pros

The system is simple, delivers a strong ROI with order processing and batch picking and the team is continually making valuable updates.

Cons

Sometimes the system has bugs. While they get resolved, they can cause some frustration with clients. The pack-out process could be improved and the integrations could offer more features.

Good for managing orders

Pros

It's a huge help in managing all aspects of online commerce such as invoicing, labeling and shipping.

Cons

I would love the option to use it on my mobile device as well.

Excellent support during setup

Pros

Although we are new to ShipEdge and don't have a full report yet, we have nothing but positive feedback so far. The team is supportive and helpful at every stage. The pricing is competitive, and the functionality is comprehensive. After reviewing over 10 different tools, we are very satisfied with our choice.

Cons

The only problem so far is that I haven't explored it deeply enough yet. I'm looking forward to discovering what it can do.

A total game changer!

Pros

It has streamlined and accelerated our production by providing clear visuals of the items, eliminating the need to hunt for or second-guess the correct product.

Cons

It would be great if there were an option to use a general app on my personal mobile device to check inventory.

Perfect value, awesome product!

Pros

We needed a simple solution for our boutique 3PL startup and ShipEdge provided just that. The platform is simple to use, both on mobile and desktop. They also allow users to onboard new clients, which is a huge advantage, as most WMS providers handle this on their end for an additional fee. The OMS features available for our clients are also a major benefit, especially since many of them are small businesses with limited resources for inventory management. It's been great to transition them from manual Excel tracking to an easy-to-use system! The support from the implementation team has been exceptional, responding quickly and providing the best solutions for our business. Also the sales process stood out to me because the sales manager was never pushy, unlike other vendors who bombarded me with calls or emails daily. I really appreciate that they let the product speak for itself instead of pressuring me with limited-time discounts.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any cons at the moment. It's a simple system and the team is always receptive to feedback if we ever have any.

Easy to use and reliable

Pros

Signing up was really simple and I also found it easy to navigate through orders and inventory.

Cons

Sometimes setting up outbound shipments and managing reports can be a bit difficult.
