Pros

What I appreciate most about ShipEdge is how effortlessly it simplifies managing and fulfilling orders.

Cons

The one thing I don't like about it is that it lacks enough reports for certain tasks, like tracking specific items and lots.

Perfect for omnichannel fulfillment

Pros

The system is simple, delivers a strong ROI with order processing and batch picking and the team is continually making valuable updates.

Cons

Sometimes the system has bugs. While they get resolved, they can cause some frustration with clients. The pack-out process could be improved and the integrations could offer more features.
