The integration with Outlook 365 is seamless. As a longtime MS 365 user, not having to learn another system was a major reason for my purchase.
Cons
The system does not integrate or operate with MS 365 online Outlook.

“What I like about Prohpet CRM
Pros
When my sales team uses the software correctly, we can assist with follow-up on leads, communications, and appointment reminders. The customer service is beyond amazing for any assistance.
Cons
I think the one negative is the interaction with Outlook, which very infrequently causes slow issues.

Pros
I prefer to use the Prophet Mobile App. I personally find it much more user-friendly than the desktop version.
Cons
The desktop use of Prophet is a lot more involved and difficult, not very easy to navigate.

“A great tool in theory, but doesn't live up to potential
Pros
I think this platform would be incredibly easy for a team that isn't very tech-savvy. Because it's integrated into Outlook, which everyone is already familiar with, it could become a highly effective tool. With just a few tweaks to our normal Outlook habits and routines, it could be seamlessly integrated into an existing business.
Cons
Prophet regularly crashes my Outlook. Customer support has been abysmal at best. Since day one, they promised us an engaged and supportive team to help us maximize our use of the platform, but my actual experiences have been far from satisfactory.

It often glitches and creates duplicate Company and Contact entries. Creating reports is not simple.
