Good and easy to use CRM

Pros

Prophet CRM's integration with Outlook makes it a useful tool for my business. It was easy to set up and integrate with my existing Outlook accounts. My team learned to use it quickly due to its intuitive design.

Cons

I'd be lying if I said I had any cons for Prophet CRM. Any issue was quickly resolved by the Support Team with updates.

Pros

Cons

It is very challenging to navigate and create leads. It lacks pop-ups for new leads or reminders, making it very difficult to create a quote.

Pros

The best feature of Prophet is that it is easy for me to understand and customize.

Cons

I haven't had the time to set up the advanced reporting capabilities, and it isn't integrated into our ERP.

Good But Could Be Better

Pros

I appreciate the ability to track opportunities and their anticipated dollar value, along with close date communication with senior management.

Cons

Contacts lack an option for team members who are not employees of the Opportunity but may be primary contacts.

It's pretty good.

Pros

It gets the job done. I wish the advanced level features were a bit more intuitive, but I haven't gone through any of the training, so that might be my own fault.

Cons

When using it for all of my Outlook contact management, it's cumbersome to consistently remove the same people from a contact export for email campaigns (like competitor contacts).

Pros

This product is a great value. I love the personal service and helpfulness of the staff. I don't get stuck on hold or in an endless loop of computer answering service options. It's simple, to the point, and easy to use. I love Prophet.

Cons

I look forward to app upgrades. That is an awesome option and helps a lot.

Prophet CRM Keeps You Organized

Pros

This CRM makes it easy to find and organize my files efficiently. Also, the customer support is phenomenal, always providing exceptional assistance whenever I need help.

Cons

The only issue is that if I have a lot of files saved on the CRM, it can be a bit slow to start up.

Great CRM

Pros

I admire that it is embedded in Outlook. It's flexible enough to design the screens in a way that makes sense for my company to track case development through to a sale.

Cons

When I send an email from Prophet, it doesn't automatically go into the email section of the file we created in Prophet. I then need to link the email to the file, which takes too much time. We have 12,000 cases active in the system, and it takes a while to load.

Good product for the money

Pros

It works well when updated, is relatively intuitive, and has many updates. The customer service and training are excellent.

Cons

I need a more intuitive search function as I'm always forced into advanced search mode to find contacts and companies in my own database. It needs to have a contact database outside my contacts for easier use in sales prospecting and contact sharing by company of the entire Prophet database.

Some technical pieces need improvement

Pros

I like that it communicates well with Outlook (when the connectivity works).

Cons

There are delays when I search for opportunities. For example, when I delete a prior search term, the system has to pull up the whole book of opportunities each time, causing a lag. The "save and close" button can sometimes take up to 25-30 seconds to recognize the mouse click.

Prophet CRM

Pros

I really value the capability to integrate it with my Outlook contacts. This feature allows me to seamlessly connect and manage my customer information directly within Outlook.

Cons

I can't change the fonts, and they are too small. A support person looked into the problem but couldn't fix it.

Prophet CRM Review

Pros

Prophet CRM is a great way for everyone in my organization to be on the same page regarding the different files we all handle.

Cons

Though useful, the system is very slow compared to managing a diary using Outlook's calendars. The extra time it takes to load or open a case deters people in our office from fully embracing the software. Another recommended improvement would be for the created tasks to link back to the Prophet case entry. Currently, when I input "next action" and then put in the next step date, it creates a task for that user, but when the task is altered to update the due date, it is not reflected in the Prophet case manager.
