Pros
I think the basic features and functionality are very intuitive. Also, customer service has been outstanding, always providing timely and helpful support.
Cons
This is a very comprehensive tool, which is good. The further I go, the more assistance I need, but the assistance is good.

“Easy to use- effective
Pros
It is very user-friendly and I can efficiently populate data into Excel spreadsheets. It offers good value, and the support has been excellent, always ready to assist with any issues.
Cons
It tends to crash Outlook. Its back-end system is finicky and errors out... can be unstable.

Pros
It integrates with MS Outlook. The saved views feature is great, the filtering options are excellent, and linking emails to opportunities is very helpful. Plus, having a phone app is a convenient bonus.
Cons
"Rows" defaults to 100. It should show all. Some info is hard to find without instruction. It should have a smart Google Maps feature integrated into a travel planner that sets the most efficient meeting times within a sales trip.

Pros
This product is set up to integrate with our email and account management system. However, I find it rather slow to load and navigate, and I would prefer to see larger overviews of our entire pipeline on a central screen.
Cons
The loading time is quite frustrating, especially considering we manage over 1000 clients.

Pros
It is very easy to import and export contacts when making changes. This feature is especially useful for keeping our contact list up-to-date and ensuring seamless transitions.
Cons
The Company module and the Contact module being separate creates double work at times.
