Pros
I believe Beyond offers extensive capabilities and is an overall intuitive system. The entire team was fantastic to work with from implementation to customizations and support. We have a unique workflow and are in a different industry than they usually deal with, but the team consistently provided excellent support and innovative solutions to our numerous requests and issues. Having the customer success team here for our implementation week ensured a smooth transition. Everyone at Dakcs has been wonderful to work with.
Cons
One of the challenges we encountered was optimizing some processes, like our internal letter system, due to our unique business line and workflow. Tracking employee productivity through the project queues has been a bit difficult, but as we are new to the system, we believe there might be a solution we haven't discovered yet.

Pros
Finally, there's a version of DAKCS that operates outside of a terminal window. The Visual Report Writer is particularly impressive, even aiding in understanding some SQL syntax.
Cons
When we used Beyond, parts of the Sting still appeared as a terminal window within a Windows application. This seemed somewhat clunky but understandable.

The core software has limitations I wish could be altered.
