Cons

The reporting in BILL hasn't met my expectations. We have to manually adjust all data to extract the needed Excel files. There's a need for better report design, as the current templates are very basic and lack design features. They should focus more on improving design and reporting.

Cons

While BILL has been good, there are updates that could make things more relevant and easier. For instance, when a check is automatically voided after 90 days, it uses the original payment date instead of the void date, potentially causing reporting issues when integrated with QBO.

The availability of comprehensive reports and flexible payment methods, including E-payment and Wire, enhances our operational efficiency.

Cons

Sometimes, I encounter issues when connecting vendors to E-payment or Wire payment. Technical support is only available via chat. Sync errors should provide more detailed information on the cause. Apart from these issues, if any arise in the future, I can update this review.

Getting better but still needs reporting

Pros

The automation and default settings have improved significantly. The sync function with QB & Sage Intacct is reliable, minimizing duplicate efforts. The platform's security measures for users and banking information are robust, and the note functionality is excellent for internal communication and record-keeping. Customer support is consistently reliable.

Cons

The reporting capabilities are definitely lacking. Generating filtered reports is limited and cumbersome. I often end up running extensive reports when I only need the history of a single vendor. While the sync function works well when it operates smoothly, sync errors can be quite complex. Sometimes, support doesn't fully grasp what I'm trying to achieve, suggesting varying levels of experience with the product.
