It's incredibly user-friendly, streamlining the process of eliminating paper checks and manually processing wires and ACH payments.

Cons

The expenses, integrating it with our ERP system (Netsuite), handling inventory prepayments and three-way match transactions were challenging.

Despite not being part of the Accounting Team, I find the BILL website and mobile app indispensable for reconciling my business credit card (Divvy Card). Compared to other systems, I like the ease of checking available amounts, company budgets, and the option to request funds directly from the app.

Cons

So far, I haven't experienced any problems with BILL or my Divvy Card setup. I'm meticulous about my budget and keeping track of invoices and receipts. The automatic transaction reconciliation feature is a plus, even though it can initially seem overwhelming, It is the preferred option for me.

Syncing it with Quickbooks Desktop is smooth, and sending invoices and paying vendors is really convenient.

Cons

Making payments is direct, although sometimes it can act out unexpectedly and incur additional costs for clients.

Cons

I usually made payments in dollars, but suddenly, bill.com converted them to AED for the recipient who uses a USD account, costing me a 2.5% conversion fee, which was too much.

Pros

It works intermittently, but when it does, it functions well. It shouldn't be this complex it's just a credit card.

Cons
