“Automate Your Expense and Travel Management Program with Ease!
Pros
SAP's fully-built integrations with Frequent Flyer programs, Lyft, travel agencies, and Google make my travel planning enjoyable and automated. I no longer worry about adding flyer status, marking calendars, or uploading receipts. Concur handles everything, saving me time and money.
Cons
The UI/UX can be a bit clunky and slow at times. It takes some time to get used to how things are laid out and how the workflows operate. But once I get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing ahead.

“Good solid expense and travel application
Pros
The integration with corporate travel allows me to claim expenses and book accommodation or travel in one application. Reports and analytics are available across all these areas. Support is always responsive and prompt in resolving any issues. It's quite simple to use, and most team members pick it up quickly.
Cons
I would prefer the option of being logged into SAP for the day and not having to re-log in throughout the day. The search facility as an admin only allows me to search by first name or surname, not both. Also, I can't easily move a 'group' of users to a new approver as an admin.

Cons
Unfortunately, the system isn't integrated into our payroll accounting. Payments are made separately via the accounting department. Integration is possible, but we don't want it.

Overall, it's a seamless product that simplifies managing our team's expenses.
Cons
The only thing I don't particularly enjoy at our institution is that reports cost quite a bit to submit. We prioritize submitting as few as possible, but accidents or unplanned expenses happen. In the grand scheme, the cost isn't high, but it is there.
