I've used Concur a few times since my workplace implemented it for expenses and travel. Overall, it's quite easy to use, especially for attaching receipts to specific expenses and viewing expense history. The system also allows for travel booking and lets a manager book travel on your behalf.
Cons
The communication about the status of expense processing seems limited, and it's hard to tell at which stage the expense is.

“The best for expense management
Pros
SAP Concur is one of the best tools I've used for managing expenses, keeping every dollar spent under control. It's easy to use, has a beautiful user interface, and integrates easily with existing systems.
Cons

I liked being able to itemize hotel charges in detail. It made it easier to separate personal charges from business expenses. I can mark some charges as personal so they don't get filed for reimbursement while claiming the rest.
Cons
