clunky but did the job

Pros

It got the job done but had a poor user experience. Overall, it allowed me to book travel.

Cons

The user experience is incredibly poor, giving me the impression that it's trapped in the early 2000s. It feels outdated and clunky, lacking the modern, streamlined design I expect from contemporary software. This outdated feel makes it frustrating and inefficient to use.

My opinion on SAP concur

Pros

What I appreciate most about SAP Concur is how efficient it is for managing expense reports and business travel. The app offers an intuitive interface that makes submitting expense reports quick and easy. Capturing receipts directly from the mobile app is a significant advantage.

Cons

I have no complaints. SAP Concur perfectly suits its capabilities.

Concur is the ultimate Travel Tool with Expense

Pros

It makes travelers follow rules. If I am out of policy, I need to provide a reason. Depending on the company's rules, my travel may or may not be approved. It really depends on what the company wants to enforce.

Cons

After years of use, like anything, a traveler can manipulate it. If they reduce the window of hours, it will make them appear within policy, even though they aren't.

SAP concur is very useful for expense management, travel invoicing and accounting

Pros

I like that it is very straightforward to upload receipts, and it extracts all necessary information from the receipt itself, eliminating the need for manual input. Preparing an expense report and submitting it for reimbursement is also very easy. It can be used for online tickets with accounts, expense management, storing invoice receipts, and accounting. I highly recommend it for all organizations.

Cons

Finding the grants account for payment is a bit tricky, but with future updates and training, I can overcome it.

SAP Concur takes the chore out of tracking expenses

Pros

I appreciate how seamlessly SAP Concur integrates into my daily life. I don't have to think about my expenses. I take a picture of the receipt, create the expense, and submit it at the end of the month. No more piles of receipts.

Cons

Since I work mainly from my mobile device, some of the small thumbnails of receipt images are hard to see.

Expense reporting with Concur

Pros

We used Concur to report business expenses for reimbursement. Concur tracked expenditures and allowed us to upload receipts.

Cons

Sometimes, when using Concur, I would upload a receipt and it would hang or get lost somehow. This was problematic if I used the app and threw the receipt away, assuming Concur had captured it.

Expense reporting made easy

Pros

I like that Concur allows me to easily update an expense report and recall it if something is incorrect. I can also change who I assign my expense report to. It's also great that it flags any missing fields in the report.

Cons

I dislike having to enter the business purpose of the expense on two different pages.

Pros

With SAP Concur, I can create accurate, detailed expense reports, automate expense management processes, and have visibility anytime and anywhere. I can submit and approve expense reports from anywhere via the mobile app.

Cons

The AI technology in the platform can be challenging. When I take a picture and upload the receipt information, Concur doesn't always capture it correctly, lengthening the process.

Easy System

Pros

It's easy to use, upload receipts, and choose the type of expense. It's also easy to get approval and track the status of the expense report in the system.

Cons

Allocating expenses to a specific unit or business area is much more cumbersome than I would like. There are many steps, and it's not intuitive, so I've had employees miss the allocation entirely.
