Very easy and practical to use

Pros

The application allows me to record my expenses anytime and its simple and easy I just need to take a quick photo. No more need to keep physical receipts.

Bad Quality of the scanned images (Invoices)

Pros

Expense reports with efficiency!

Pros

The mobile interface is simple and intuitive! The PC interface is also easy and efficient!

Cons

The software perfectly meets my expectations. During almost daily use over a year, I only encountered one or two instances of bad optical readings (dates, amounts, etc.). But this is likely due to the poor quality of printing on certain receipts or invoices.

Expensya evaluation - EDF expense reports

Pros

I can easily attach supporting documents and expense invoices to the note by taking photos with my smartphone. No more need to manage physical expense notes and keep them archived.

Cons

The construction of notes is not intuitive and it requires searching for functionalities. The data processing time during online validations is excessive, resulting in spending too much time on control and validation.
