Terrible Experience

Pros

Uploading receipts is easy and thats the only thing I like.

Cons

The customer support is incredibly bad. It takes an extremely long time for everything, even for amounts as low as 150 euros (more than a month).

Make it easy and simple

Pros

I love the input (scanning) feature through the app. The total expenses are instantly visible.

Pros

I do not see any advantages over our old internal software.

Cons

It takes a very long time to fill out and is quite complicated. The software often experiences bugs. Reimbursements for expenses take several months, and initially, we received conflicting information, further prolonging the reimbursement process.
