Pros
Recording receipts is a simple task and provides a proper evidence.
Cons
Managing receipts and invoices is extremely basic, which becomes quite frustrating when dealing with a large volume of receipts. Assigned receipts for specific invoices (clients, customers) are not hidden from the overall view, creating uncertainty about whether they have been included in the invoice or not. Additionally, there is no option to file long-completed invoices separately, which would provide more clarity. Initially, the software seems to simplify life, but it becomes confusing and convoluted over time. The only way to delete an individual invoice is by deleting each receipt within the invoice and then the invoice itself. This process is incredibly cumbersome and does not make any sense.

The automatic OCR extraction of invoices, such as hotel bills, works impressively well!
Cons
Recording travel expenses with this software feels like rocket science. It is purely my subjective impression but the application seems to be designed by an accountant rather than someone who frequently travels. As a user who uses it 1 to 2 times a month, I would definitely like to have more practical workflow approach.
