“Great for Small Businesses
Pros
GoCodes simplifies inventory tracking by assigning a unique QR code to each item. This has been a tremendous help for my business as it helps us in ensuring that we don't pick and ship the wrong items for our orders.
Cons
I must admit that I'm disappointed with the lowest-priced plan, which only allows for 200 SKUs. If you want to upgrade to the next package, which permits 500 SKUs, you'll end up paying three times the monthly rate of the base plan.

“Great system
Pros
It's easy to use, and the setup process was not at all time consuming. Navigating through it is also not troublesome.
Cons
I'm not a fan of how it functions on Apple products. There is room for improvement in that aspect.

“GO CODES almost there
Pros
We needed a more convenient way to track our inventory, and GoCodes has been excellent in that aspect. The ability to scan tags and add custom fields makes it a great value.
Cons
As a school district, we frequently receive a large number of equipment shipments at once. Scanning a significant quantity of devices can be a bit difficult. Fortunately, I have a reliable vendor who provides me with a list of serial numbers and inventory numbers which allows us to add them without scanning. However, it would be fantastic if we could import all this information ourselves, but currently, Go Codes offers this service for a fee. This is a significant concern for me, and I believe it's crucial for customers to have the ability to upload data into the system.

“Asset Management for Post Production Assets
Pros
The search functionality and the option to create notes are extremely helpful for our workflows.
Cons
It would be great if there were asset tags specifically designed for the media & entertainment or post-production industry, but we ended up creating our own unique ones.

“NOT REALLY REAL TIME GPS TRACKING
Pros
I really like the concept of the phone app tracking system. It's easy to use and works seamlessly.
Cons
Despite ordering the highest-rated stickers, I found the quality very poor. I repeatedly inquired about using GPS tracking for tracking tools in a construction company and was led to believe that real-time tracking was possible. However, after purchasing and implementing the system on multiple tools and entering data into the tracking system, I discovered that it only works if you manually check in each tool at every job site or when it's moved. Since our tools are used across various job sites and our operations are based out of a shop, this approach would never be feasible.

“Great software desicion I made
Pros
I enjoyed how user-friendly and functional the software is. When I use it, I feel confident in providing my clients with what they need.
Cons
It took me a little while to get used to it, but it didn't take too long to learn. Now, I wouldn't consider using anything else.

“Simple and solid asset management software
Pros
The mobile app is the best and is easy to set up. You can use it for basic operations like scanning, checking in and checking out assets. Even the trial version allowed us to generate our own QR codes.
Cons
I decided to try out the trial version, which was limited to very simple use cases. Unfortunately, it didn't support RFID, magnetic stripe, NFC or EMV chip functionality. Moreover, the user interface only allowed for global views, and it wasn't possible to manage multiple asset tables. Additionally, the batch management feature was not intuitive or easy to implement in the trial version. I also struggled with the lack of easily accessible API documentation, which made it difficult for me to understand why the endpoint documentation was not publicly available, unlike many other products.
