“Flexible web and Windows use, simple review”
Pros
We really value how flexible the platform is as being able to use both a web portal and a Windows application has been a real advantage for our team. It's also easy to set up audits and I find it simple to go back and check and review the information we've entered into the system.
Cons
I wish certain capabilities were available because several features I'd like to use haven't been fully rolled out yet, so I am waiting for more complete implementations before I can rely on them.

“Fast support, real-time template building”
Pros
I have found the help and support from SafetyCulture to be unbeatable. It cuts down our time on-site dramatically and delivers a detailed audit report that we couldn't have pulled together with old-school approaches. In about half an hour we can build a template, spot weaknesses in our processes and offer feedback on the spot in real time something that used to take us much longer.
Cons
We're impressed by the front end but I think the way data is handled still needs improvement. You can export data as a CSV or pull JSON through the API, yet making that work needs some technical setup and development effort on our side before it's really useful.
