After I completed the initial setup of my reviews which I think is the single most important step I was able to standardize how my team operates and get real-time updates so I am always aware of what's going on.

I still haven't come across any issues significant enough to list here, so at the moment I don't have anything specific to add in this section.

Pros

The app is simple and pretty user-friendly. It even lets me upload and store photos without any fuss. Also there are plenty of features to choose from and my team didn't need to consult a user guide as we picked it up and started using it right away.

It would be helpful if I could view all reports submitted across my organization, since right now I cannot see everyone's submissions.

Being able to create my own templates for every angle of team performance was a big win and I really liked that the scoring is precise while the outcomes are presented clearly on an interactive dashboard.

At the moment I really cannot think of any aspects of the platform that I dislike, because it has met every requirement I set out and even delivered more than I expected.

For me, it's incredibly user-friendly as I can put together custom audit templates in minutes rather than hours and I have found their customer service, ongoing support and reporting features to all work well.

I find the scoring system a bit tricky to set up in a way that produces useful, meaningful scores, although I am confident that if I collaborated with the iAuditor support team they'd help me resolve these issues.

I use this app every day to run inspections on activities and it's really effective for that purpose. whenever an item fails, the right person automatically gets an email notification.

Because I keep multiple checklists linked into this platform, I often don't want to mark everything as done all at once. The app isn't ideal for that workflow since it pushes you to finish a checklist entirely after you begin it which can be frustrating.

Pros

Well I am really impressed with this platform. It's incredibly simple to build and tailor audits and checklists to meet my needs and the analytics let me view outcomes without wrestling with spreadsheets. Overall it's an excellent tool and their customer support is outstanding. I honestly couldn't ask for more.

I can hardly point out any real faults but the only thing that bothers me a bit is the redesigned report layout. Fortunately I can still switch back to the classic report, so it's not a deal breaker and I really cannot complain.

Using this app is not a problem as it is pretty simple and user friendly which makes conducting safety audits dramatically faster and far more efficient than before.

At this point, I haven't noticed any real downsides to it yet. naturally I am still a new user and may discover some later.

I have found this tool extremely easy to use and it clearly identifies for both me and the inspected site all of the quality issues that require improvement.

My only real complaint is that the MB quota is too small. after I complete a single site's work the MB allocation fills up and I am unable to use the service for the rest of that month, so I have to wait an entire month before I can use it again.

Totally blown away. To be honest I am finding this app absolutely perfect for our activity. It's simple to navigate and I appreciate that there's always a responsive team on hand if I want to explore additional features.

I don't have any complaints at the moment. the only improvement I'd like to see is bringing every website capability straight into the app for full functionality.

Our team really appreciates how flexible the audit reports are as we can brand and lay them out exactly how we want and use different question/answer formats like radio buttons, drop-down menus and text fields. While on-site, the field reviewers can snap and upload photos straight from their phones so there's no ambiguity about observations. Once they're back in the office, our administrative staff can export the whole report to Word and polish the document as necessary.

That said, even though I can add photos, I find the picture index at the back of the report a little awkward because I have to keep scrolling back and forth and manually copy-pasting the higher-quality images I want to use. It would be much more convenient if there were a simpler, more direct way to select and include the best photos without that repetitive juggling.

I am impressed by how configurable it is and how easy it was to pick up. Also it was the least expensive choice I came across and it includes plenty of handy out-of-the-box features like templates for routine company audits.

We didn't have any complaints. The only reason we migrated to a different platform was to gain greater control over the audits and forms we submit.

I can access iAuditor from my phone, tablet or laptop depending on whatever I have with me on site. I am able to drop photos taken on the device straight into the relevant parts of a report. I also build lots of different question or review elements like buttons, drop-downs and multi-line text fields, etc.

Honestly creating forms in iAuditor confuses me and I find their help pages don't actually resolve the uncertainties I run into.

Sometimes I cannot easily confirm whether the Audit report was actually emailed because the app immediately returns me to the 'view and send' screen, leaving me unsure if it was sent.
