Cons
I genuinely wish there was a color-coded calendar offering daily, weekly and monthly layouts so I can quickly identify priorities and keep my schedule on track.

I liked SafetyCulture's practicality. We used to do audits on paper and spreadsheets which caused rework and delays. With the app, we standardized checklists, took photos and notes on our phones and got automatic reports. So now the team became much more productive with real-time access and the offline feature was a lifesaver in areas without internet.
Cons
At first, setting up the forms exactly as we needed felt a bit confusing. So I ended up watching several tutorials to get a handle on all the features. Beyond that, I do miss having more automatic integrations with the other platforms we rely on.

Cons
The free plan is pretty restrictive and doesn't let me use the app to its full potential. When I try to scale to larger teams or enterprise setups, the subscription costs quickly add up which is not good if my team uses only a handful of features frequently. Also getting comfortable with certain functions takes training, so new users may struggle at first. Also I have noticed occasional delays in report delivery as well.
