I really like how easy it is to streamline tasks. Also I can maintain consistent processes across different countries and keep a global viewpoint.

Sometimes the platform changes are pushed through with very little heads-up and we end up in the dark about what's been altered. A few updates have broken workflows we relied on. For example, when we shared templates with external collaborators, their pressing the submit button used to trigger an immediate SMS or email alert to us. That notification stopped working quite a while ago after one of the updates.

Pros

What I like is that it walks you through a step-by-step process and lets you attach photos and extra notes easily. I haven't actually created a job in SafetyCulture myself but I have used several templates that different companies have shared with me. That means I don't need to build a report from scratch or fuss with importing and resizing photos as I just enter the required information, take the necessary pictures and the app generates the report for me.

Cons

In my experience, the usefulness of the app depends heavily on how well the person setting up the job has configured the template. If they miss important details or don't account for variations that could occur on-site, the template can fall short, so it really comes down to the creator's competence and experience. I also sometimes have to enter null or placeholder data just to move to the next section and when I start an inspection it's not always clear how many questions there are or how long the whole process will take.

At my organization we rely on iAuditor as a multi-purpose tool for our sales team and they can access the mobile app easily which lets them submit real-time reports.

I have noticed occasional sync problems when we're in areas with poor connectivity and I suspect this happens because the internet connection is weak.

Whenever an item is nearing expiration or requires revision, the platform sends us email alerts well ahead of time. Using it is easy too, allowing us to move through tasks and audits without friction and I also appreciate that we can schedule automated actions for the future, like setting up recurring inspections or assigning corrective actions when issues are found.

In my experience, SafetyCulture has met our expectations. its user-focused design really stands out and I have noticed it can scale to match the way we work now, accommodating growth and changing demands without much hassle.

The customizable interface gives me fine-grained control and lets me keep a precise record of every assessment and SafetyCulture helps me keep all of my processes centralized so I can quickly find information whenever I need it. I also appreciate that the app provides a large library of templates to streamline how I design evaluations and it's handy that I can switch between different devices mid-audit without losing progress. That flexibility really speeds up my workflow and reduces friction when audits are in motion.

On one occasion I struggled to export a document in a particular format from my computer. however, their support team resolved the issue and walked me through a clear, easy-to-follow fix that worked.

I am impressed that SafetyCulture offers a comprehensive set of features that can be adapted to almost any use you can think of and both the website and mobile app run very quickly with little lag.

Two cons which are basically two missing features I really want. The first is the ability to create issues directly from inspections instead of having to generate them from actions. The second involves asset linking and at the moment an inspection can only be tied to a single asset but I'd much prefer the option to attach many assets like 15 or more to one inspection. For example, I have a ladder inspection template and it's a pain to create a separate inspection for every ladder. What I want is for my team to start one inspection and then link each ladder to the appropriate section within that single inspection.

The interface is clean and modern and most of the tools are pretty easy to pick up. It doesn't take long at all to create new forms, get them live to record completed tasks, carry out inspections and track actions. While I am not a huge fan of all in one platforms, it usually rolls out major additions with a clear purpose and roadmap which makes it easier for us to keep the number of different systems our team needs to use to a minimum.

I have noticed some parts of the product still aren't well integrated with each other and a few recent features feel pretty weak in terms of functionality. It does take slightly more time than I'd prefer to get those shortcomings fixed but the SafetyCulture team listens to feedback and generally works to patch these gaps.

We've gained a much better, nationwide view of each store and how they measure up on food safety inspections which makes managing standards so much easier. Before adopting this, our whole process was paper-based and manual which made supervision difficult and left us open to data manipulation.

Nothing major but I'd like the desktop dashboard to reflect our branding and offer configurable widgets so we can quickly reach key alerts and documents without digging around.

What stands out to me is the clear, user friendly layout and how easy it is to use. Even with a lot of features packed in, I was able to get the hang of it quickly and make good use of everything it offers. The interface seems built around standard workflows, so it aligns nicely with industry practices and gives interactions a more professional feel.

Even though the steady stream of updates is helpful, I think the responsiveness to user feedback could be better, especially when it comes to newly introduced features. I have also felt that some capabilities are a bit constrained such as report formatting. For example, leaves very little room for customization. Growing these areas would, in my opinion, make the app more adaptable and increase overall user satisfaction.
