Creating audits was the simplest I've experienced. Uploading existing audits into the system and using the software to interpret the content is easy. Also, the dashboard allows for creating reports tailored to our needs, charts, graphs, summaries, it's all there.

The greatest advantage is its simplicity. This software is incredibly straightforward for both users and administrators alike. The form design tool is akin to Google Forms, guiding you step by step through the creation process. From a user perspective, conducting assigned audits is straightforward: receive a notification, open the audit form, perform the designated tasks, and submit. There's minimal room for error in executing the audit.

The simplicity of the software comes with limitations; there's little flexibility for exceptions or custom questions, which can restrict its application depending on your needs. Also, there's no way to batch export data to Excel, which we needed to create customized dashboards. The lack of integration with Excel means data can only be exported in preset formats.

I find this software fully customizable and quite easy to set up and navigate. The free version is quite functional, especially for a small team like ours. We use it for everything from facility audits to daily forklift inspections.

I notice the app uses a lot of data and I have encountered bugs when editing media files. Occasionally the app doesn't sync properly. There's also no way for me to generate an action plan form for the recipient that lists failed items. Ideally that action plan could be completed online through the SafetyCulture web app.
