“Custom checklists for real scenarios”
Pros
Able to create my own checklists, customizing them so they reflect the real situation of each company, its specific roles and the particular infrastructure. In my experience the platform is very versatile and I use it as maintenance software, an online audit management system and as a practical risk-prevention tool.
Cons
Support sometimes takes too long to respond and I found that setting up certain user accounts was more complicated than expected.

It provides a variety of customizable options for forming audit checklists, and its intuitive interface makes it effortless to swiftly configure and complete audits. The reporting features are exceptional, providing detailed insights into each audit.

“Watch out for auto renew”
Pros
The product proved to be highly intuitive and comprehensively fulfilled all the requirements I had, ensuring a seamless experience throughout my usage.
Cons
My subscription to the product renewed automatically without notice. After discussing it with support, they canceled the subscription but retained the annual fee, good for them, but not so good for my company.

“Simple inspections with instant reports”
Pros
Creating basic inspections is pretty easy and it automatically produces a clear PDF report. Plus the way the questions flow makes the process easy to follow. I can add comments or assign an action when an answer is incorrect and I am able to access archived inspections.
Cons
What I find frustrating is that tracking actions isn't easy and I cannot send reports directly from it. So I have to open an external email client to share them.

“Fully paperless with smart alerts”
Pros
I have eliminated the need for paper reports and checklists entirely. The app automatically flags items that I have identified as critical but which weren't completed or validated. I can build competency validation checklists and I also put together materials that support audits, VRS and similar processes.
Cons
Well I have had issues with action tracking as it's not editable enough to make the process clearer or simpler to use. Also, I cannot export observations as report files which limits how I share or archive the findings.

“Straightforward and quick, but need to work on Excel integration”
Pros
One of its biggest strengths is the way it is laid out, which resembles Google forms. And almost everyone has some knowledge about Googles alternative, which makes adapting iAuditor even easier. It goes above and beyond what Google offers, though. All the steps are clearly defined, and the user knows what theyre doing at every step and what is required. Conducting successful audits is now easy since everything can be done digitally with little to no room for mistakes. Our end users have been pleased with the overall process we have introduced thanks to iAuditor.
Cons
Its simplicity became an issue for us. It does almost nothing at an advanced level, which is sometimes a requirement for our clients. If you routinely need the software to go the extra mile to aid your users, this might not be the solution youre looking for. And the software has no real integration with Excel, which means the data export is done in a pre-formatted template that looks nothing like an Excel sheet, and editing or modifying it is next to impossible. It also doesnt allow bulk data transfer.

Pros
I appreciate how accessible this is on both my computer and mobile device. I also like that I can save an audit and revisit it for edits as needed.

“Maintenance Forms”
Pros
Convenient method to generate digital forms for staff to complete maintenance checks. Reports are sent directly to the admin, who can review comments and address any issues identified during routine maintenance.
Cons
Initially, setting up all the forms required a considerable amount of time and effort. However, as you become more familiar with the process and gain experience, it gradually becomes much easier and more efficient.

“Lost 2 and a half weeks worth of work and audits...”
Pros
iAuditor is easy to use. When the app is operational, it's fantastic. Just needs service to operate without risking data loss, which is not ideal for remote locations. It's quite intuitive (IN WIFI ONLY)
Cons
The app crashed on me after two and a half weeks on the road, causing me to rewrite over 50 audits for students. It's been a waste of time and money. I doubt iAuditor will compensate me for the extra week I'll spend processing my students in the office. Using Microsoft Word and a notepad might have been a better choice.

“Good feature set and user centred design”
Pros
This software is very easy to navigate and utilize, this software can be quickly accessed, whether on a mobile device or desktop.
Cons
We experienced issues working offline the last time we tried it. I'd appreciate a feature that integrates floorplans directly into the application for easier organization and storage. The markup feature is okay but could use improvement. Currently, I create floorplans with markup using another app (Report and Run) and then share them to iAuditor.

“Audits / Inspection / Checklists . . . It Does It All”
Pros
There's a lot to like about this software. The ease of developing and modifying templates is a standout feature. Another great aspect is the extensive "Public" library of form templates shared by other users, which simplifies customization to meet exact needs. The ability to sign forms is also a fantastic feature.
Cons
I haven't found anything to dislike about this software yet. Keep up the good work, iAuditor team!

“Review iAuditor”
Pros
The product is exceptionally user-friendly and generates very professional-looking reports. I've been using it effectively for about 2-3 years now and am looking to expand its use on a larger scale. The API is quite comprehensive and allows easy integration with my other applications, making it a valuable part of my software suite.
Cons
While the updates add new features to the product, which is great, they often neglect fixing basic bugs. Some of their "upgrades" seem like a waste of development time. Moreover, issues like broken report links and synchronization problems offline seem sidelined due to "resource constraints." It's just my perception, but it feels like resources aren't allocated properly to ensure the core product is solid before adding less critical features.
