As an ISO Certification Body Auditor, I spend hours each week taking notes and completing audit reports at my desk. This app speeds up the process by allowing me to take snapshots and capture objective evidence effortlessly. Everything is stored electronically, making it easy to compile audit reports quickly.

As I've only used the app for a couple of months, I am still working my way around its functions. So far, I can honestly say there's nothing I haven't been able to achieve once I played with the functions for a while.

Managers and auditors find it exceptionally intuitive and user-friendly when working directly at the site, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in their tasks.

I can modify the audits on my personal computer, but when I try to see them on my phone, there is always a "conflict" to resolve.

I primarily use it to document technicians' tool inspections. The inspection process is divided into sections where I can make notes and record equipment conditions, directly uploading photos from my phone to the app.

Nothing bad, really. Maybe making the process of deleting an action easier. Otherwise, I am very pleased with it.

I have noticed the GPS occasionally misses the exact spot, so it's not always completely reliable for pinning addresses or locations.

I see it as a full-featured package that offers far more options than I ever use. All the templates are fully customizable. Creating PDF reports takes no effort and they come out looking very professional.

One frustrating limitation is that a supervisor who needs to check an inspector's work before it's sent to the client cannot do so unless they sign into the inspector's account which I find very irritating.

In my daily work, I rely on this app for key tasks like fire safety checks, tenant sign-ups and property inspections. For that I find it very easy to use, everything makes sense and photos attach instantly to reports. Overall it is an excellent app.

This app is easy to use. I can create my own template or find one that fits my business. Setting it up was simple. Plus I can control costs by limiting user seats and assigning who submits PDFs. I also like being able to take photos to clearly document issues or conditions.

The one enhancement I'd really like to see is some form of built-in video functionality so I could record or attach short clips directly within the app for clearer demonstrations.

Price is the main draw for me because it's affordable and I only pay for what I use. Working for a local authority, our budget is extremely tight which immediately ruled out a lot of the competitors. I also value how flexible the reports are. Every audit can be customized to our exact requirements, so we don't have to settle for off-the-shelf solutions that are only almost good enough.

Pros

I like how easy it is to compile audit reports. The different choices in the response settings really help clarify when an auditor should give a standard answer or when they can write more openly as needed.

We cannot reduce the audit's overall score below zero. In our setup we ask a question about whether a specific form has been completed for every worker involved. There could be five workers. If all five don't have the form, I'd want to subtract five points from the audit total. Right now the system only lets you deduct points until that section hits zero. It's important that we demonstrate to our auditees the real negative consequence of failing to complete this form for each person, so at the moment we move those five points to another section to show the impact, instead of iAuditor letting us set that section to -5. The 'weighting' feature doesn't handle cases where the number of required forms can vary. If you need a form per person but one site has ten workers and another has five, then ten missing forms on the first job is a bigger issue than three missing out of five on the second. The weighted setting cannot represent that difference accurately. This limitation affects how we report and communicate score impacts.

Pros

Using iAuditor, I find it really easy to use and I also appreciate that the team keeps pushing frequent updates and adding new features. One of my favourite things is the Logic feature because it brings additional capabilities to my templates.

Cons

Right now I don't have any complaints as there aren't any downsides I can point to, the software performs very well.
