I can create my own assessment templates and workflows which gives me complete control over the templates and the timing, method and content of any changes without having to wait for support staff. It also works well for reporting on out-of-the-box systems, including compliance assessments and processes.
Cons
While going through the training on using and designing templates, I noticed it fails to make clear that you must be aware of the reporting and analysis capabilities before you start designing and writing your templates. It's far better to know upfront what you want to report and then design the template so the questions you ask will produce the analysis of the data that you want.
