I can create my own assessment templates and workflows which gives me complete control over the templates and the timing, method and content of any changes without having to wait for support staff. It also works well for reporting on out-of-the-box systems, including compliance assessments and processes.

While going through the training on using and designing templates, I noticed it fails to make clear that you must be aware of the reporting and analysis capabilities before you start designing and writing your templates. It's far better to know upfront what you want to report and then design the template so the questions you ask will produce the analysis of the data that you want.

It autosaves my work and it is really easy to edit entries and pull up past inspections whenever I need them.

Occasionally I run into problems getting inspections to sync properly which can be annoying when I am trying to keep everything up to date.

iAuditor is good for compliance tasks. Also it does a great job of prompting me about the items I need to check before moving into any unfamiliar task, travel or assignment.

When I am trying to find the right section to use, once I open one I cannot go back which is frustrating. the editing features feel limited and I'd also like the option to add photos that I took on another device.

Using this product has been not an issue and I like that I can very easily build templates that match our business needs. Plus being able to use it while I am out and about on mobile devices, as well as from the desktop site is fantastic and it genuinely cuts down the workload my team has to manage.

There's almost nothing I dislike about it. I have found that this tool fulfills every requirement we set out to meet.
