“Best ERP
Pros
In my opinion, it's the best ERP in the market. I've been working with this ERP as a key user for over twelve years. It's flexible, easy to customize and offers excellent support. When it comes to the Manufacturing module, I believe it's the best.
Cons
While the ease of customization is a positive aspect, it does require additional time for testing when updating or upgrading the ERP.

“JD Edwards Enterprise one review
Pros
It's a super and kind of classy platform that professionally tracks procurement, vendors, clients, items, stocks, billing and payments all in one place. It's the ultimate product that doesn't complicate matters for its users. It's easy to use and understand.
Cons
Most of the pros are covered, but there is a downside. I believe that it would be helpful if all elements in the software could be accessed through pop-up windows or pages. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have a highlighter feature that displays images of attachments when hovering the mouse over a link button.

“Project Tracking
Pros
JD Edwards allows my team to efficiently track purchase order processing and invoicing.
Cons
To use JD Edwards without an issue, substantial training is required. With numerous screens and because of a complex navigation, it is not an easy system to navigate.

“Not the best ERP
Pros
The standout feature of JDE, in my opinion, is the ability to extract a wealth of information for creating customized reports. With a basic understanding of data extraction concepts, you can realize how amazing this software is.
Cons
There are several aspects of JDE that I dislike. It lacks user-friendliness, often necessitating multiple clicks to reach the desired table, screen or generate reports. Considering its cost, it falls short in areas like Kannan in the supply chain module. Finding support for specific modules can be difficult, making it essential to train internal personnel for support.

“Leaves Some to be Desired
Pros
It combines many features into one platform which allows for efficient tracking of service orders to and from individuals, including quality control tracking.
Cons
The interface leaves much to be desired and lacks certain functionalities between tabs and programs. It would be beneficial to spend more time on the development in order to enhance the software's back-end which surely make it a more user-friendly interface.

“JD Edwards EnterpriseOne - Robust and feature-rich ERP Software
Pros
Even with Oracle's involvement, JD Edwards ERP software has continued to evolve and improve. The addition of useful tools like the Orchestrator enhances its capabilities.
Cons
I encountered an issue with E1 pages after the latest Chrome Browser update. Fortunately, Oracle has released a fix, but it requires upgrading to the latest Tools Release.

Pros

“Very Easy to Master!
Pros
Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is unbelievably user-friendly. It only took me a week to master it completely. The system operates at lightning speed, providing data rapidly.
Cons
If our company has sub-companies or other entities, we have to log out and log in again to find the correct item we are looking for. The sad part is that there is no general search function available.

Pros
In the supply chain area, it proves to be highly useful. The various transactions offer a wealth of information, eliminating the need to open multiple windows to gather the necessary data. I also like how it allows for easy creation of queries and reports.

The transaction menu could be improved with a better layout and user interface to facilitate transaction management or searching for specific transactions.

“JD Edwards is a fairly accurate software.
Pros
I loved its accuracy and the fact that it prevents errors. The system have the great error checking functions that excellently prevent users from making mistakes.
Cons
Learning all the features of the system does take some time. When we onboard new employees, we know very well that they will unable to operate this product properly for at least two months or so. This is something that is not quite likeable because in the business a little delay causes a huge loss.

“Right Application for Maintenance Organization
Pros
JDE offers a wide range of features that greatly benefit our operations. From creating work orders and ordering parts to maintaining a comprehensive equipment lifecycle database and PM program, it covers it all. I particularly love the work order program as it allows seamless creation, execution, review and automatic archiving of work orders. The system also facilitates the creation of a parts database, allowing us to check prices, inventory and place orders when needed. Access levels can be set up within the organization to ensure only trained individuals can modify the system. Additionally, JDE offers a variety of reports and metrics based on the data it contains.
Cons
One drawback of the software is its occasional slowness and the need for extensive training to master the application. However with a robust training program, it is possible to become proficient in using this application. Additionally, the availability of space for writing part descriptions is limited.

“Kept Simple
Pros
No need to be a software expert with JDE. It provides a great interface that consolidates many essential functions in one suitable place.
Cons
Occasionally, the system freezes, and it lacks advanced features. However, if simplicity is what you seek, this system fits the bill. While it may require some coaching, I have seen systems that take longer to understand or learn.
