Simply verify that the invoice in the system has been processed correctly. Once the payment is initiated, you'll receive all the relevant information regarding payment dates. Additionally, you have the flexibility to change the Net Due Date for early payments or easily correct payment errors by creating a PD or cancellation document and generating a new one with the correct vendor information and adjusted items. Clearings can then be performed to ensure accurate bookkeeping.

One of the major aspects that matter to me is the ability to manage vendor master data. Unfortunately, JDE falls short in this area. If a vendor changes their VAT or banking information, you cannot simply update it in the system. Instead, you have to create a new vendor with the updated information or duplicate the existing one and make the necessary updates. Regrettably, this process takes a considerable amount of time (at least 48 hours), impacting payment processing and causing delays.
