Currently, the integration with NetSuite isn't the smoothest (e.g., data syncing). There are also some random features/settings we can't edit that would be nice to modify.

Procurify is simple to use and accessible to many of our employees (not just the purchasing and accounting departments). We can track POs and see their status in the supply chain. Accounting can easily manage the Procure-to-Pay process using Procurify's data. The system smoothly integrates purchased items with our internal processes.

Cons

There are specific features we wish Procurify had. The product roadmap suggests some of these features are in development, but others aren't on their radar yet. As we become a more advanced production company, we'll need these features to maintain efficiency.

Enhancing the reporting capabilities for more flexible data extraction and analysis would help gain deeper insights into procurement trends and expenditures.

The intuitive interface makes it easy to paste links for orders that autofill details. Having supplier portals also makes order approvals easier.

Autofill isn't flawless, so occasionally there are issues. Accessing past orders could also be easier.

Reordering a product and setting it up as a recurring order is convenient for me. The requester's name, the item's name, and other identifiers make it simple to track an order's progress. There are various ways to find a prior order. It's great that we implemented some adjustments that improved our output.

It would be fantastic if Procurify added a back-editing tool. The current process of replicating and editing data after a mistake is time-consuming.

The ease of entering a purchase on Procurify is one of its exceptional features, providing an excellent overview of transactions and other key information.

Including a back-edit feature would be great. Currently, if you input something incorrectly, you have to duplicate and adjust it, which is tedious.
